The best time for game viewing are during the Winter months when animals congregate at watering holes. The best time for birding are during the wet summer months.

Namibia is a lovely destination for families and there is plenty to do for the children. Activities include sand boarding, quad biking, fishing and mountain biking.
Do I need a Visa to travel to Namibia?

How much luggage can I take?
If you are going on safari, you will be travelling in vehicles and small aircraft with limited luggage capacity, which means that your luggage must be packed in a soft bag, weighing a maximum of 20kg. A reasonable amount of photographic equipment is allowed.
Are there special health requirements?
We highly recommend to take precautions against Malaria. If you are arriving from a country infected with Yellow Fever, a certificate will be required.
What is the best way to take Money?
Major Credit Cards are accepted. The currency is Namibian Dollars and is used for payment of services. Travellers cheques can be exchanged at any bank or Bureau de change.
